What we were engaged for
A ground-up 60-bed wing requiring sterile environments, redundant electrical systems and medical-grade HVAC. BogarInfra coordinated civil, MEP, HVAC and interiors under one programme.
Complex services were sequenced around clinical requirements, with strict compliance to medical building codes and infection-control standards throughout.
Handover phased by floor so the hospital could commission wards progressively.
