What we were engaged for
BogarInfra was engaged from feasibility through commissioning on a 45,000 sq.ft fabrication facility near Oragadam. The brief: a column-free shop floor for heavy fabrication, an integrated stores and dispatch bay, and an office block — delivered against a fixed programme.
Our team handled civil and structural works, a pre-engineered steel superstructure, electrical distribution and compressed-air lines, and the internal fit-out. Budget was controlled from the earliest stage with progress transparency to the client throughout.
The plant was handed over snag-free and on programme, with O&M documentation and a continuing maintenance relationship.
